For ten years he was founder and General Manager of the National Circus School in Montreal. First Artistic Director at Cirque du Soleil where he was the Director for Dralion (1999) and Director of Creation for Ka (2004). Nowadays Caron is directing a live show based on the Ice Age movies for Twentieth Century Fox.
